The digital tensiometer allows you to determine the static measurement of the surface tension of liquids through the Wilhelmy plate or Du Noüy ring method, combining precision, ease of use and robustness. The DCA tensiometer consists of a precision balance and a fast and accurate sample management system.

AUTOMATIC
DCA400
The DCA400 automatic tensiometer performs the measurements automatically and independently of the operator’s manual skills. It is equipped with a motorized elevator which move the position of the sample from 0 to 15 nm and the speed from 21 to 1000 µm / s. This allows to improve the accuracy of the measurement. The movement of the elevator is regulated by software that stores the data relating to each test such as voltage, speed, position and displays the test times based on speed and displacements. DCA400 ensures quality according to the recommendations of the standard GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)

The software allows to analyze the graph obtained, in which the results relating to the measurements, the recession and the zero immersion point are displayed, both for the contact angle and for the surface tension.
